1.Straight Line Wire Drawing,The wire drawing machine adopts 560/600 diameter capstans with Tungsten Carbide coating and a forged drum body, water cooling inside the drum wall. Rather than using 560 diameter welded capstans which has a possibility of deformation and an unstable structure.
2.Main shaft of capstan adopts 42CrMo with forging, quenching and tempering treatment, which has a 5 times service period than ordinary shafts on the market. Rather than using 45# round steel.
3.All our machines adopt Hard Tooth Surface Reducers which has the features of large torque and high transmission efficiency. Rather than using belt pulley that with small torque and low efficiency.
4.The die box adopts electric mixing/stirring, rather than using manual mixing.
5.Water and air cooling for capstan, while other brands use only water cooling.
6.Higher production capacity. Up to 2.5t/h when processing wires with diameter above 3.0mm, that is 1.5 time of ordinary wire drawing machines on market. Up to 1.8t/h when processing 1.8mm wire, 2 times of ordinary drawing machines.
