1.This machine was joint-developed and built by Italian engineer Fabio, P.L.A Group engineers and our Chinese engineers based on the latest worldwide market demands.
2.The drawing machine adopts 600 diameter capstans with Tungsten Carbide coating and a forged drum body, water cooling inside the drum wall. Rather than using 560 diameter welded capstans which has a possibility of deformation and an unstable structure.
3.Main shaft of capstan adopts 42CrMo with forging, quenching and tempering treatment, which has a 5 times service period than ordinary shafts on the market
4.Higher production capacity. Up to 2.5t/h when processing wires with diameter above 3.0mm, that is 1.5 time of ordinary drawing machines on market. Up to 1.8t/h when processing 1.8mm wire, 2 times of ordinary drawing machines.
5.It saves electricity and energy, and can save more than 25% of energy. Calculated based on the 22KW motor configured in the first line of an ordinary straight-forward wire drawing machine.
